my practice is informed by personal and academic studies, work with hospice patients and their families, and my own life traumas and challenges. my approach is based on mindfulness, trust, curiosity, and honesty. I am supportive and compassionate and I will challenge you to question old thoughts and beliefs. I am direct when needed and capable of providing unique perspective and insight. I listen. I care.
